Tell us which Triumph model you own

Triumph motorcycles include Bonneville modern classics, Street Triple and Speed Triple roadsters, Tiger adventure and touring models, Rocket 3 cruisers and other road and performance families. The model name, year, engine size, version and features fitted when new help a dealer understand your bike.

Identify the full model and year from the motorcycle and documents. Do not assume an R, RS, GT, Rally or other version from appearance alone; list the version and equipment only when you can verify them.

Tell us your model, version and features

The version is the extra part of the model name, such as Sport, GT or RS. If you are unsure, check your registration document or service book and tell us what you know.

Include the full model name and any version name, such as R, RS, GT or Rally, along with the features fitted to your bike.

Bonneville family

T100, T120, Speed Twin, Scrambler, Bobber and related modern classics often carry cosmetic or comfort accessories that should be identified and photographed.

Street Triple and Speed Triple

Specify the precise version and show controls, suspension-related equipment, exhaust, bodywork and any track or performance modifications.

Tiger

For road-focused and Rally or adventure versions, document luggage, protection, wheels, screens, seats and signs of off-road or winter use.

Rocket 3 and touring models

List fitted screens, luggage, seats, controls and cosmetic accessories, together with every key and supporting invoice available.

What to include with a Triumph profile

Include the version name and tell us which accessories come with the bike.

  • Full model name, version, year, registration and current mileage.
  • Stamped, digital or invoiced service history and invoices for major repairs or maintenance.
  • All keys, alarm fobs, luggage keys and security-related items included.
  • MOT status, advisories, warning messages and known faults.
  • Factory accessories and aftermarket exhaust, luggage, protection, comfort or cosmetic parts.
  • Finance, import, previous damage, write-off or repaired-condition information where relevant.

Tell us about original parts and added accessories

Modern classics and cruisers are often personalised, while roadsters and adventure models may have added performance or protection parts. Explain which parts came with the bike when new, which were added later and whether the original parts are included.

Describe paint, brushed or polished finishes, corrosion, wheel marks, damaged luggage, scratched engine cases and control wear. Mileage, servicing and condition should be presented together rather than relying on a low mileage reading.

Capture the details that identify your Triumph

Take full side, front and rear views, then dashboard mileage, engine, controls, wheels, tyres and key set. Include badges or details that help identify the version without using a tight crop as a substitute for a whole-bike view.

For a Bonneville-family motorcycle show accessories and finish condition; for a Tiger show luggage, protection and underside; for a Triple show cases, controls and non-standard performance parts. Add close-ups of every known defect.

How MotorGeeks dealer offers work

Enter your registration or add your motorcycle details yourself, then tell us its mileage, condition, service history, features and accessories. Add clear photos so approved dealers can review your bike and decide whether to make an offer. You can compare offers and there is no obligation to accept one.

If you accept, the selected dealer receives the contact information needed to discuss inspection, payment and collection or handover. The motorcycle must still match its description, and the purchase is completed directly with the dealer. Read the UK motorbike selling guide before handover.

Triumph seller questions

Which version of my Triumph should I choose?

Use the full model name shown on your registration document or service book, including R, RS, GT or Rally if listed. Add photos of the badges and fitted features. If you are unsure, tell us rather than guessing from a similar-looking bike online.

Should I include original parts from a customised Bonneville?

Yes. List and photograph the parts included so the dealer can assess both the current build and the available standard equipment.

Can I submit a Tiger used off road?

Yes. Describe that use honestly and show wheels, protection, underside and any related marks or damage.
